Refund Policy

At Whitehall Society, we curate membership and experiences with care and exclusivity. Because of the nature of our services, we maintain the following refund policy:

 

1. Membership Fees

  • All membership application fees and annual dues are non-refundable.

  • Once a membership is granted, fees cannot be refunded, in whole or in part, even if a member chooses to discontinue participation.

 

2. Events & Experiences

  • Payments for events, trips, or special experiences are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in the event details.

  • If an event is canceled by Whitehall Society, members will receive either a full refund or credit toward a future event.

 

3. Digital Products or Services

  • Digital resources, guides, or materials offered by Whitehall Society are delivered instantly and are therefore non-refundable.

 

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We may, at our sole discretion, consider refunds in extraordinary circumstances. Any such decision will be final.
